That's twice in one month! Amazing!
A while back I had bought one of those Perfect Tortilla sets that are "as seen on TV" and finally gave a pair of the pans (a set of 4) a workout.
As you can see I chose healthy....well, OK, I could have used the Turkey meat version of the Chili, instead, but I wanted to see if "mild" really meant mild.
Mad Macedonian's Tasty Tortilla Chili Bowl
Take a pair of the Garden Spinach Herb Wraps & put each in their own pan and stick them in the oven for 5-12 min. (depending on desired crispyness) at 400 degrees.
Meanwhile, having chopped up the 2 tomatoes, a dozen of the mini carrots and some of the Baby Spring Mix, warm the chili.
Once the tortilla's are ready pour in the chili (about 1 can per tortilla), sprinkle some of the Spring Mix on first followed by the carrots and tomatoes (You can sprinkle on the cheese of your choice, as well, if you choose) and voilà!
