The last 2 months, or so, have seen the Media & the Far Left, working overtime to embarrass the hell out of themselves, participating in, and supporting, the nationwide Occupy Wall St. Movement (OWS), full of Liberals, Socialists, Commies, Anarchists, and assorted other Radicals, as well as the generally clueless.
From the President himself, to Democrat politicians, to Mayors, City Councils, and Religious leaders, on down, The Useful Idiots are EVERYWHERE!
Like most Americans, especially of a certain political persuasion, I'm more than a little annoyed with these people, and more than a little concerned about the future of the Republic.
In case you haven't noticed things have sort of gone to Hell in a Handbasket, under President Obama, since he bamboozled the American Electorate into voting him into office in November 2008.
R U better off than you were 3 years ago? Me neither.
I could tell, even then, even reading the sorry excuse for a newspaper that is The Los Angeles Times, that we were in serious trouble.
This was even before I put on my Pajamas, and went online to check out the news from dedicated, reliable, mostly Conservative in nature, sources. ;-D

Pulitzer Winning Journalist Al Martinez, & Me --
Is the world obsessed with Nudity?
Is it true that anyone looking at this picture will be at first curious about a certain aspect of it, then intensly interested in whether their suspicions about it are true, or not, lusting after that which this suspicion makes them imagine is hidden in plain sight?
According to Mr. Martinez the Puritans would not be pleased with this simple, ambiguous, bit of whimsy. ;-D )

I have used my camera to express myself politically since my misbegotten days as a Liberal, attending a Clinton Campaign Rally at a park in Ontario, Ca., in the early 90's, and I've been doing so, even more, once I became a registered Republican, my politics having gradually become more Conservative, right around the time I was a couple years into my life as a blogger around 2002-04.
As we head into 2012, the campaign for President heats up, and OWS, and Socialists, Commies, and Anarchists, continue to act up, I'll be wielding my camera once again. ;-D
Beginning with this post....
WARNING: Conservative Carrying Camera!
A sort of 1 man Patriotic CCC (Civilian Conservative Corp, um, hee, hee!) for the 21st Century. ;-D
Sometimes serious, sometimes humorous, I plan to share photos that will, I hope, prove interesting, and entertaining, to all who see them.
Because I have no idea when an opportunity will arise I will keep my camera close to hand. ;-D
Yesterday, my latest shirt arrived in the mail, a little something I ordered from one of Glenn Beck's online stores, and so, unable to wait another darn minute to wear the thing in public, I hopped a bus, and headed off to the UC Irvine campus. ;-D
Everyone knows that many of our college campuses are hotbeds of radicalism, and that's just in the faculty's, among the Professors our young students are being taught by, and the subjects of many of the courses they are taught.
However there are also many clubs of a religious, cultural, and political nature, on campuses, across the nation, that are radical, and more than just a tad left in their leanings.
UC Irvine has been in the news, this year, for a trial of Muslim student activists who have long had a history of disrupting guest speakers, at events on campus, whom they disagree with.
In the last 2 months Irvine has also had to put up with OWS protesters in front of its City Hall, and no doubt some students participate as there is a movement on campus that is mad about student fees, and costs, just as there are on other campuses nationwide.
I had hoped to find something along the lines of the decades old famous protest walls at Claremont-Mudd College in Claremont, Ca., where I grew up, where graffiti, and posters, and event notices, even campaigns for Student Body offices get an airing, but failed to find anything.
So I settled for taking a couple of photos with the School Mascot (An Anteater for cryin' out loud!). ;-D
I had help with the 2nd photo from a nice Asian student who laughed at my shirt, especially when I told him that, in my view, the Light bulb gives a 2nd message of "Occupy Your Mind". ;-D
I encountered quite a few students on campus, as I walked around and, while most didn't seem to notice the shirt, or if they did, had nothing to say about it...there was one noticeable exception.
As I headed to another part of the campus after the picture taking, for a bite to eat, a young white guy approached me.
When he saw my shirt he got a very angry look on his face and, as he got even with me, he angrily spat out...F**K YOU!!!
...and continued on his not so merry way. ;-D
Not a Tea Party Activist, obviously. ;-D
Judging by his appearance he was having a bad hair day, at the least, even if he wasn't an OWS supporter (Which I suspect he was.). ;-D
