Saturday was Day 16 of the 2011 Sit Spot Challenge, and I've been getting close to nature in the middle of Huntington Beach, right in the heart of Orange County.
This past weekend I did it barefoot. ;-D
Aside from the my Sit Spot Adventure I had other things going on that were giving me food for thought, making wonder if I was going to have the time to continue the Challenge for the rest of the month.
I had spent the week reading a book that gave me things to think about, and I joined a couple of website communities, one related to my Cat Blogging, and one related to career developement.
It was while walking near the lake, at Central Park West, that I encountered a couple of very enthusiastic fans of Meowsings of an Opinionated Pussycat.
They had some advice for me, and were very serious about my taking it seriously.
Unlike a certain Squirrel...not right away. ;-D
