It's ALIVE!!! My Bicycle, That is...

It has been 2 1/2 months since my bike, affectionately known as "Cleopatra", suffered a, um, Boo Boo. ;-D

Not long after that I closed down my Bike Blog,The Cycling Dude, after 7 1/2 years, and switched my future blogging about my cycling exploits, to this blog.

It took 3 weeks for REI, in Huntington Beach, to get the new Fork delivered, but just a couple of days for the fixes, and Tune-Up, to be done, and I brought her home, earlier in the week, and have since taken her for a couple of short spins.

New Fork, broken spokes replaced, and the chain, and rear crank, replaced, and she rides like when she was a youngster, and not the oldster she is. ;-D
