Question #9: What are the most airbore predators in your area?
Quote to Ponder:
Be like the bird, who halting in his flight on limb too slight, feels it give waybeneath him, yet sings knowing he has wings.
Victor Hugo
Owls, eagle, falons, condors, hawks, ospreys, kites, and vultures, OH MY! ;-D
According to the Orange County Bird of Prey Center, of the Sea and Sage Audubon Society, those birds all hang out in the county.
It was a cool, cloudy evening, when I visited my Sit Spot just before dark, yesterday, after a day spent at a local Pet Expo.
The batteries in my Camera, pooped after a hard days work shooting pics of Cats, were in no mood to work overtime so I got no pics. ;-D
In reflecting on the words of ol' Victor I think I understand what he means.
14 years ago I was going bankrupt, and stuck in a job that was going nowhere, and I didn't have the will to change my circumstances.
That year I got computer, however, and by 2001 I'd left the dubious comfort zone that was that job, and my hometown, for new surroundings, and a new job.
My creative wings began to spread thanks to the encouragement of new friends, and I began to blog, and write poetry, as I moved again, and got a job I've had for over 5 years now.
In the last 4 months I've made decisons, in the creative realm, that have me "singing" a tune that has the potential to lead me down paths I've never travelled.
Where this will lead I do not know.
