HIS NAME IS BARACK OBAMA, YOU SEE
_____________________________________
It was more than a couple of years ago,
In a country proud, and free,
That a gentleman there lived, whom few did know
By the name of Barack Obama, you see.
And this gentleman lived with no other thought
Than to be President, and rule over you and me.
He was a Democrat, and we were Republican,
In this country proud, and free;
But he was a Democrat whose Liberalism was of more than the ordinary bent,
This Barack Obama, you see,
A Liberalism that Chavez, and Castro
Were glad to see in this ruler of you, and me.
And this was the reason that, a few months ago,
In this country proud and free,
Voices spoke out from TV, Radio, Internet, Street, and Town Hall
Opposing Barack Obama, you see;
So that his officials, followers, and media apologists spoke
And began to demonize them, you, and me.
To marginalize Fox and every opposing Commentator, Radio Host, Blogger, and Tea Partier,
In this country proud and free.
The Progressives, not happy with a Constitutional Republic,
Spent 100 years envying, and opposing, you and me --
Yes! That was the reason, as all Patriots know,
In this country proud and free,
That the people now in power try to silence
Rush, Sean, Glenn, Fox, you, and me.
But our love of country, and of freedom, was stronger, by far, than the love
Of those who admire Marx, and Mao, and find fault with the home of the brave, and the land of the free --
Of those who preach Political Correctness, more taxes, and complete government control over you, and me,
And neither the politicians in Washington,
Nor the Left Wing Bloggers, or Mainstream Media,
Can ever dissever our souls from the souls
Of the Founders, and Builders of this beautiful country, proud, and free.
For the moon never beams without bringing us dreams
Of defeating Barack Obama, you see;
And the stars never rise that we don't plan an election surprise
That will shock the supporters of Barack Obama, you see.
And so, all the day, and night, we work to turn the tide
On behalf of this country proud, and free;
For the United States of America, proud , and free.
